Nohora Claudia Rojas Penagos

Nohora Rojas Penagos, with experience of more than twenty (20) years in project management and structuring, company valuation, due diligence, project finance, M&A processes, design and implementation of business plans, economic and market analysis, with a Master's degree in Finance from the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). She has served as director and consultant for national and foreign companies. Postgraduate professor at various universities in Latin America. She currently serves as Director of Corporate Finance at Baker Tilly.

Professional with extensive experience in strategic and financial consulting, with more than two decades leading high-impact projects in sectors such as telecommunications, health, financial services, territorial development and organizational transformation. She has held executive positions in companies such as Experian – Credit Company, Empresa Nacional Promotora del Desarrollo Territorial – ENTERRITORIO, Grupo EmpresarialEPM, Servicios Postales Nacionales, where she directed areas of financial planning and corporate strategy for LATAM. Her profile is complemented by a solid academic vocation as a postgraduate professor in finance and project structuring at renowned universities in Latin America, providing a comprehensive and up-to-date vision to the practice of consulting.

She holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). She has complemented her academic training with studies in leadership and corporate strategy.
