Diascara Maria Carbonell Veloz

Diascarra Maria Carbonell Veloz is a professional with 25 years of experience in corporate law, private investigation, marketing, and business administration. She currently serves as Legal Manager at Baker Tilly Dominican Republic, where she advises national and international clients in areas such as corporate law, industrial property, contractual, tax, and labor law.

Her experience combines legal, managerial, and consulting functions, including previous leadership in a manufacturing company and strategic collaboration in the banking sector. She has developed and directed private investigation projects with national and international scope, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to her professional practice.

She holds degrees in Law, Business Administration, and Simultaneous Translation from Universidad APEC, and has specialized training in Project Management, consulting, and private investigation. In addition, she holds official certifications and actively participates in legal and management update programs. She is affiliated with the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic and registered as a private detective by the Superintendency of Private Security.
